Do I need to hire or employ the assistant?
No. All AssistElite assistants are independent contractors. We manage the contracts, admin, and payment. You receive one simple monthly invoice. No employment contracts, no payroll obligations, and no HR overhead.
How do I know if I’m ready to delegate?
You don’t need to have everything worked out. We help you identify what can be delegated, where to start, and how to structure things. All you need is the desire to make more space in your calendar, and in your mind.
What kind of tasks can I delegate?
It depends on your business, but typical tasks include:
● Inbox and diary-management
● Invoicing, quotes, and follow-ups
● Updating your website or online store
● Writing newsletters, social content, or light copy
● Customer care and appointment booking
● Community management or CRM updates
● Even some personal admin like scheduling medical visits or organising private events
Can I change assistants if it’s not a good fit?
Yes. If something isn’t working, we’ll find you someone better aligned with your way of working. Céline or a member of the team will stay in touch to help address any issues and review the collaboration if needed.
What about pricing?
Pricing is transparent and set from the start. Our current monthly packages:
● Starter: 9 hours – R5,150
● Growth: 18 hours – R9,100
● Scale: 36 hours – R16,400
All plans include onboarding, coaching, and oversight from our team.
Do I need to train the assistant myself?
No. Your VA is trained and onboarded by Céline and our team. She knows the key tools and workflows and is prepared to jump in professionally. However, to work efficiently, it’s important to spend some time explaining your expectations, and ways of working.
Is the assistant available in person?
No. All our support is 100% remote. This allows for more flexibility, better matching, and fewer geographic restrictions. We want to ensure the best fit, no matter where.
Can I adjust my plan if my workload changes?
Yes. We check in with you regularly, and you can move up or down depending on your needs and the assistant’s availability. We’ll always try to meet your requirements.
What if I don’t use all my hours?
Hours are monthly and don’t roll over—but we allow a small buffer: up to 1 unused hour can carry over into the next month. This gives you some flexibility without letting things pile up.
